All accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing, which may include a conversion fee applied by the payment processor.
You must only deposit funds that you personally own and are legally entitled to use. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement authorities.
Withdrawals are available to verified account holders whose deposits have cleared and who have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Real-money funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimums and methods detailed below.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. Withdrawals below this threshold are not permitted except upon account closure, at which point the full remaining balance (net of any forfeited bonuses) will be returned.

Standard accounts are subject to a maximum single withdrawal of RM 50,000. Players who have reached VIP tier status may request higher withdrawal limits through their dedicated account manager.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers issued by kis88 are subject to these general Terms and any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In all cases, these Terms and the specific promotion terms must be read together.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion details. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.

You may close your account at any time by contacting kis88 customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, your real-money balance (net of active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you within 5 business days.
